IEICOS has developed and manufactures an innovative Respiratory Mask Leak Tester in collaboration with DEBEL, Bangalore for evaluating of repiratory masks.

These respiratory mask leak testers developed for face mask testing in military and hazardous use can be used for various other fields such as paint masks, dust masks, pollution masks etc.
IEICOS Leak Testers for Respiratory Masks consists of mannequin dummy heads with two of the three head sizes mounted on the leak testers on which the face masks are fitted for tests. Precision suction generator developed by IEICOS replicate the flow through nasal cavity. Precision suction and flow sensors also developed in-house for the demanding application by our R&D team provides accurate measurement confirming to military standards. Internal electronic signal processing and digital circuitry provide digital display and pass/fail annunciation for easy operation on the field.
IEICOS Leak Testers are available with a tool kit complete with required tools and consumable spares. The leak testers are also field ready with the optional inverter available. This runs the leak tester on 12V DC car battery.
Provided with a metal carrying cover on the top which bolts to the base, the leak testers are easy to handle and are designed for rugged environments.

IEICOS Leak Testers are approved for quality and manufacturing by the Director General of Quality Assurance (DGQA), New Delhi.
The Quality Manual and Assurance Plan has received the Directorate of Quality Assurance (DQA(N)), New Delhi's certificate of approval.
IEICOS Leak Testers are calibrated to NPL traceablity and undergo stringent inspection and testing for their performance to meet the quality standards. These are inspected for quality and performance by the inspecting authorities at our works before dispatch.
