FLOW DEMONSTRATION SYSTEM– MODEL ML18

A) IEICOS study of flow measuring devices like Rotameter, Venturimeter, Orifice meter, U tube manometer using air supply :(Compressor for Air Supply quoted as Optional Accessory)
Comprises:
a) A Rotameter made of Acrylic and having Stainless steel Float to measure flow.
b) A Venturimeter with pressure tappings at the inlet and throat to measure the Pressure difference.
c) An Orifice Meter with flanges & Pressure Tappings at the Inlet and Outlet to Measure the Pressure difference.
d) Two U Tube Manometers provided to use with Orifice Meter & Venturimeter & to measure the pressure difference.
e) Necessary piping and connections will be made on a frame. Readings of various Flow Measuring devices can be tabulated.
Optional Accessory if required:
a) Mini Compressor for Air Supply.
b) A Turbine Flow Meter with Digital Indicator to indicate flow comprising signal processing system & power supply operating on 230V Ac.

a) Pump& Tank for water Supply as additional accessory for close circuit operation performance.
C) IEICOS Calibration of Venturimeter Setup (Closed Circuit)
Comprises:
a) A Rotameter made of Acrylic and having Stainless steel Float to measure flow.
b) A Venturimeter with pressure tappings at the inlet and throat to measure the Pressure difference.
c) U Tube Manometers provided to use with Venturimeter to measure the pressure difference.
d) Necessary piping, water tank, pump for closed circuit operation and connections will be made on a frame.
e) Readings of both Rotameter and Venturimeter can be tabulated and the Venturimeter calibrated
